Tecumseh Community Emergency Response Team Tecumseh United Methodist Church September 18, 2010 The meeting called to order at 4:00 p.m. by CERT coordinator Herb Whitlow. Those present were Willa Norwood, Pat and Dan Krug, Neva Martin, Linda & David Brink and Cindy Whitsell. Herb listed the following items that will be needed and/or used during Heritage Day, Sept. 25, 2010: CERT Trailer and canopy. – Contact Dave Sterbenz Shawnee Heights Fire Dept. Truck - Contact, Linda Brink CERT members wear CERT shirts on Saturday We will be selling the lids for 5-gal. Buckets, cost $10.00. If they want a bucket and we have enough, we will charge $2.00. Total cost - $12.00 Herb received 5 buckets from Porubskys on Saturday. We need to make a request of Finance section to have cash on hand for the lid & bucket sales. ALL TCERT MEMBERS: If you can, be here at 0900 hrs. to set up our display. Logistics: Willa Norwood asked what could be done with the cans of coffee purchased for the CERT Exercise this Spring since the Exercise was cancelled. Neva Martin moved that the coffee be given to UMW to use and we can always draw from their supplies when needed. Motion seconded by Pat Krug. Willa Norwood reported that she had purchased Pasta Roni, Peanut Butter, Crackers, Cheese Whiz and Canned soup. These items were requested by Operations Chief Neva Martin.
